Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a return.
- Please retain the original invoice as proof of purchase for processing your return request.
Process for Returns
- Contact us at contactus@redskycloud.in within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Intimate apparel or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
